ADMINISTRATIVE

Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Clinical Services, Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Provides administrative support in a very busy office and is responsible for greeting visitors, maintaining a calendar of appointments, schedules rooms, accuracy and attention to detail a requirement.  This position requires a proficient to advanced computer skills, including but not limited to:  Word, Excel, Publisher, and EMR data bases.  Critical thinking skills are required for prioritizing work and working independently, takes minutes, prepares agenda & constructs minutes as requested and maintains minutes per the Record Retention Policy.

CARDIAC REHAB

CNA, Part-time, 12 Hours a week.Assists with patient care as delegated and supervised by a registered nurse. Responsibilities include: direct patient care, unit environment, resource utilization, public relations and customer service.

CRMS

Receptionist, Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Greets patients and visitors, schedules appointments, documents billing information, collects payments and processes deposit, serves as a liaison between the patient and clinical staff.

RN, Per Diem, Provides nursing care to patients. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Receptionist, Podiatry, Full-Time, 40 hours per week. Greets patients and visitors, schedules appointments, documents billing information, collects payments and deposits; serves as a liaison between patient and clinical staff. Attention to detail is critical in this position as it is responsible for registering new patients and updates existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information and the collection of co-pays.  Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients’ arrival, being aware of delays ensuring anexceptional patient experience.

FOOD SERVICES

The food services worker is a person trained to perform various duties within the food service    department.  Under the direction of the Food Services supervisor.

HOME HEALTH

RN, Per Diem.The Registered Nurse is responsible for the nursing care of patients according to the physician’s orders and directs Licensed Practical Nurse, Home Health Aides, and support staff in quality patient care. The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating total patient care and nursing care plans for each patient. As the Case Manager, the Registered Nurse is responsible for the coordination of services and treatment including patient/family teaching

Nurse Director, FT, Salaried, 40 hours per week. The manager is responsible to develop and direct all  operations of home care services. The manager assures the quality, continuity and delivery of services and is responsible for implementation and administering the goals and policies of the service program. The manager is accountable for optimum performance through supervision of day‑to‑day operations. The manager will conduct home‑care patient nursing visits as the primary provider as well as for supervision of other staff. Will meet the standards of the Home Health Service RN job description.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS

Clinical Informatics Specialist, FT, Salaried. Facilitates the integration of IS information and knowledge to support healthcare staff in decision making, design, education and implementation of the EMR and related processes at assigned CRH Member Organizations. The primary role of the Informaticist is to serve as a “bridge” between CRH physicians/clinicians, EMR Stewardship, Information Services (IS) and other key EMR stakeholders toeducate, support, facilitate change and assure optimal use and evolution of CRH healthcare information technology (HIT) assets.

LAUNDRY

Worker, Per Diem,Processes and distributes linen as needed. Reports to the Laundry Supervisor

NURSING

ED Manager, Full-time, salaried. Registered Nurse; Bachelor’s degree preferred or willing to obtain. EMT-P or Paramedic licensed by start date. Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical and/or emergency department experience, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Management experience preferred.

OR Director, Full-Time, salaried. Registered Nurse; Bachelors’s degree preferred or willing to obtain. Minimum of 2 years medical/surgical and/or emergency department experience, with demonstrated leadership abilities. Management experience preferred.

Registered Nurse:

Part-time, ED, 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Includes weekends and holidays.

Part-time, ED, 9 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Includes weekends and holidays.

Full-time, ED, 7 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. Includes weekends and holidays.

Per Diem, Surgery

Full-time, Surgery. Duties include Pre-Op, PACU, and Surgery

RADIOLOGY DIRECTOR

Radiologic Technologist, Full-time. Performs all types of diagnostic and special x-ray procedures, prepares Patient for procedures, maintains and cleans x-ray equipment, does electrocardiograms. Registration as a radiologic technologist; Current State of Maine licensure.  Shares call.

REHABILITATIVE SERVICES

Physical Therapist, Full-time. Completes evaluations, plans and provides quality treatment to patients upon physician referral. Requires a degree in physical therapy from an approved school and a PT license in the State of Maine.

PER DIEM POSITIONS

RN, IPCU and ED, all shifts, Lab MT or MLT, all shifts, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant, Radiologic Technologist, Patient Sitter, Patient Observer, Communications and Registration, Housekeeper, CNA, Food Services, and Receptionist CRMS.
